Slope compatible for up to 20 degrees, adapter available for slopes up to 45 degrees. Rated for dry and damp locations. Weight is 16 lbs. Includes 17W LED light kit - 90 CRI, 3000K, 1530 lumens, dimmable behind opal glass diffuser. Adds 0.75" of height to fan. Includes remote control.
