This Antique Chinese Cabinet has been modified (altered Legs) to produce this wonderful low cabinet, ideal as an entertainment center. Large enough for a giant TV screen, this solid elm wood piece has what it takes. Found in northern China as a high boy it has been altered to a more useful size. Restored with new coats of black and red lacquer, refinished inside and out. The top is left unpainted, showing off its natural Elmwood grains (rich walnut brown in color) and lacquer top-coated. The large brass is new and adds a contemporary look to this vintage item.
