Exterior decorative moulding / corniche, made from EPS Foam and precoated with the unique BAUCOAT exterior grade acrylic coating. Items are delivered in standard 8" (96 in) long bars, as shown in section, without bevel cuts or corner pre-cuts. All bevel cuts and adjustments are made on site with a handsaw or circular saw. Joints are made with approved adhesives and may be additionally overlapped with a thin alkali resistant fiber glass mesh. Profiles are ready for application with any approved EPS adhesive on the existing wall, according to manufacturer''s instructions. Ready for primer/sealer and paint. Items are decorative only and cannot be used as structural and are not intended to carry loads (other than snow load).
