The frame is constructed from a hardened T6 aircraft quality grade aluminum. It is welded by hand and is powder coated, so the frame will never rust and will withstand the harshest of weather conditions. It is lightweight but extremely strong. The wood is a composite material made of virgin polyethylene and ashwood.
