The Michelle Parede is a beautiful quality antique style wall fan. The 13 blades can be positioned vertically and horizontally across 180 degree arcs for optimal air movement. It is great for use in tight corners where a conventional fan could not be mounted, and in front of air ducts to maximize heating or air conditioning. Constructed of cast aluminum and heavy gauge stamped steel. It includes a Lutron Skylark wall control. Most finishes dry location rated. Polished copper and black finishes are damp location rated. Not recommended for saltwater air applications. Note that the brushed nickel finish fan shows a decorative metal cage; metal safety cages (as shown with all the other finishes) will ship with this fan. Black nickel is a special order finish - allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Airflow is 2497 cubic feet per minute (1300 rpm) on high speed.
