This is a traditional mahogany Sheraton Kidney shaped Writing Desk by Leighton Hall. It"™s design was inspired by Sheraton desks from the Regency period and features a kidney shape. The legs are classic Sheraton style round, fluted and tapered. It also features a top with a cathedral mahogany field and drawers with crotch mahogany fields with straight grain borders. The five drawers are masterfully dovetailed and the drawer boxes are made of oak. It has solid brass hardware.
