The Tavern Bench with Shelf is made out of solid wood with a Black stain that has amazing coverage yet still allows you to see the grain of the wood close up. The wood has undergone an earth-friendly finishing process using multiple layers of polyurethane. The finish is durable and easy to clean. This bench is rustic, but with clean lines. This would make a great bench for an entryway, mudroom, front porch, or end of bed.
