The 1/2" IPS vacuum breaker mounts between the shower hose and outlet, preventing siphoning during pressure variation extremes, thus protecting the water supply from contamination. The valve disk is reversible for male to female or female to male flow directions. Hand shower vacuum breaker. Simple inline design fits most hand showers. 1/2" female IPS inlet connects to shower wand. 1/2" male IPS outlet connects to hose. Prevents water supply contamination. Solid brass.
